List of attributes for a given element should contain only name of attribute, its data type and very brief description (single line or sentence). Detailed attribute description should be provided just once and it should be referenced from all attribute instances.

Proposed Disposition of DIS 29500 Comment CZ-0003 (Modified: 2008-01-04) We agree that the repetition of attribute definitions creates some additional work for reviewers, but the existing approach was designed with the implementer in mind. Although the repetition of certain attribute definitions adds to the length of DIS29500, these definitions are useful to implementers and help them get quick answers without the need to refer to a separate location within the document (or possibly a separate document).
