Extend the description and state that macro invocation is application dependent and it is not defined in this version of the standard.

To address this, the following sentence will be added to Part 4, §2.16.5.41, page 1,545, lines 28­30: The mechanism by which the command specified by text in field-argument-1 is located and/or executed by an application is implementation-defined.
